I’ve been making things from thread and fabric my whole life. It’s pretty much all I’ve ever wanted to do. So I learned how to make different types of fabric from all kinds of materials, and then how to turn that fabric into something that is, ideally, both beautiful and useful.

My obsession with fabric evolved into a love a quilts, and the creation of the quilt shop Gotham Quilts. GQ allowed me to design quilts and quilting fabric, and to share my love by teaching sewing and quilting.

I live in the Lower Hudson Valley with my husband, daughter and two very hairy cats.
